Taste begins with ingredients. We value quality ingredients, and use The best butter, free range eggs, fine Belgian Chocolate, Madagascan Vanilla and seasonal fruit where possible. We make everything from scratch, from jams, curds and syrups to caramel and nut pralines..it is what we love to do!
Our enthusiasm for ingredients fuels the development of our widely applauded cake flavours. Inspired by the seasons, travel, food experiences and more, we layer flavors and textures to create delicious mouthfuls that delight the senses.
Our cakes menu is a carefully curated selection of delicious and much-loved flavours. While it can be hard to choose, you can be certain that whichever flavours you select they will delight your guests. As part of your wedding cake package, you will sample our cakes with our Wedding Cake Tasting Experience: a sample of 5 flavors on our menu, exquisitely packaged and delivered to your chosen address so you can choose your favourites at leisure.
